Technical Specifications & Construction
Face & Returns (Sides): Fabricated from grade 304 (standard outdoor) or 316 (marine/coastal grade against saltwater corrosion) stainless steel. Typical depth ranges from 1.5 to 4 inches (38–100 mm).
Backing Panel: Translucent frosted acrylic or clear polycarbonate sheet (5–10 mm thick) sealed inside the letter back. This diffuses light evenly and protects internal components from water, dust, and insects.
Illumination: IP67-rated waterproof LED module strips mounted internally. These operate on a 12V or 24V DC transformer (low voltage) and should never be wired directly to standard AC wall power.
